I think Halle Berry's dress is lovely. It's colorful and the fabric looks soft to the touch. I like the flare and the design is sexy. I prefer lots of color and like patterns more than plain, solid color dresses in the same same style.
It helps to have a designer who knows exactly what you like when you want to wear something that fits your personality. They should also know how to design a dress that plays to your best features. That ensures that you will look and feel beautiful in the dress.
