If one more person whines to me, "I can't believe I didn't know about the not-so-secret-warehouse sale last month, no one told me . . ."
Well, I'm sorry.
I am universally sorry that you (overly guarded private person) have never signed up to be on our very protected and secure email address list.
And, I am equally sorry if you are on our fab email list but are too busy (snooty) to read an email from us.
