A Would Be Easter Bunny Tale
"I want to be an Easter Bunny," Macaroon announced quite emphatically.
"But why? I asked. "I thought you loved being the Indulge Shop Bunny."
"I do love working at Indulge, but if I were an Easter Bunny then all the children would love me the most." Macaroon replied quite seriously.
"But Macaroon, if you were an Easter Bunny then the children would only get to see you at Easter time. But because you are Indulge's Shop Bunny, the children get to visit you everyday all year long. Being a Shop Bunny is even better than being an Easter Bunny, see?" I explained as rationally as one can to a determined young rabbit.
Macaroon thought about it for a moment and then his nose began to twitch excitedly, "You're right!" Macaroon exclaimed with glee. "I get to play with the children and eat Cherrios everyday all year long."
"Hey mom, can these grass bunnies play hide and seek? Tag, you're it!" And with a scamper and a flash, Macaroon was off to hide under one of the display beds waiting in anticipation for the next adoring child to come and play with him.
